This building consists of 3 types of apartments varying in size from 44 m² to 60 m². They are either 1 or 2 bedroom units. Some apartments have covered balconies while others have Juliet balconies. Certain ground floor units have private gardens. All floors are serviced by a lift. Please take special note that this building only has one lift. When this lift is being serviced, residents would need to walk down one or more flights of stairs. While this happens infrequently – it is of significance to persons with mobility limitations. Limited parking is available in the basement of this building with additional carports on the East and West side of this building.
