This section of the Village consists of 4 distinct types of home ranging in size from 78 m² to 97 m². They are all 2 bedroom units with a single garage with an option to erect a carport for a second vehicle. All homes have a solar water geyser, underfloor heating in the main bedroom and the lounge and overhead fans in the main bedroom and the lounge.
The floor layouts of these 4 unit types are illustrated below.
Note that some floorplans will be mirror images of the plans shown below.
Note also that certain units have had internal modifications,which may result in variations to the floor plans, dimensions and finishes.
